尿素为速效氮肥，施入土壤后很快溶解，其肥效短，利用率低。而本产品是以尿素为核心，以单质硫磺为包膜层。硫不仅是植物必须的中量元素，而且是很好的碱性土壤改良剂（北方许多高尔夫球场在建造种草前常用硫磺粉进行改良）。该产品不仅能使氮肥控制释放，而且可提供植物必须的硫元素，同时还可降低土壤的PH值，解决了草成坪后使用硫磺粉的不便。北方或沿海偏碱性土壤使用效果更佳。
